David began his professional real estate career in 1985 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate, where he was designated a member of their elite Senior Marketing Consulting Group. In 1994, David along with five other top producing brokers from Grubb & Ellis, affiliated with NAI Capital in order to form a strong and experienced brokerage team specializing solely on industrial real estate in the North Los Angeles market. David has consistently been a top producing broker during his tenure at NAI Capital, earning him top producer recognition each of the past twenty (20) years. David is a member of the “NAI Capital Circle of Excellence” which recognizes long-term professional competence and success.
David has also been an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) for the past thirty-one (31) years. David is a fully licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. David attended and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics with a Minor in Real Estate and also completed his Masters studies at the University of Southern California.
