David’s real estate experience includes sales negotiations, lease negotiations, land sales, exclusive listings for landlords, tenant representation, lease versus purchase analysis, site search analysis, and comparative market data location analysis for major corporations and developers. David began his professional real estate career in 1985 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate, where he was designated a member of their elite Senior Marketing Consulting Group. In 1994, David along with five other top producing brokers from Grubb & Ellis, affiliated with NAI Capital in order to form a strong and experienced brokerage team specializing solely on industrial real estate in the North Los Angeles market. David has consistently been a top producing broker during his tenure at NAI Capital, earning him top producer recognition each of the past twenty (20) years. David is a member of the “NAI Capital Circle of Excellence” which recognizes long-term professional competence and success.

David has also been an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) for the past thirty-one (31) years. David is a fully licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. David attended and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics with a Minor in Real Estate and also completed his Masters studies at the University of Southern California.
