The Buyer, 7663 San Fernando, LLC, will occupy the building for its business, which

is the sale and distribution of high-end video, television and entertainment related components. Headquartered in Phoenix Arizona, and with an existing operation in Burbank, this new building signifies continued growth for the Buyer in Southern California.
